COVID-19 UPDATE
With the UK Government announcing restrictions in England for four weeks from the 5th November 2020 we have had to make some changes. Please note that overnight stays away from your home address are banned and this includes holidays overseas. This advice only applies to residents of England & Wales. Northern Ireland & Scotland do not have these restrictions in place and holidays will operate as planned unless otherwise informed.
Coleford Store
The Store in Coleford will be closed to the public for the duration of the restrictions. We ask that you call, email, whatsapp or Facebook message us during this time. We will not be permitting members of the public to enter the store. We will be operating on reduced hours during this time of Monday - Friday 10:30am - 2:30pm. We will be closed on Saturday & Sundays.
FCDO
The FCDO have advised against all but essential travel worldwide with some countries exempt. This information is fast changing and travel advice can change at a moments notice.
Refunds
Many ATOL Protected operators are issuing Credit Refund Notes in line with ABTA's advice. These credit refund notes are ATOL protected should the operator go into administration. We are contacting our clients that have been impacted by this with their options.
Travel Insurance
You should ensure you have valid travel insurance in place. Many insurance providers are removing "Travel Disruption", COVID-19 related claims and FCO Guidance Claims from new policies. You should check your travel insurance provider to ensure you have adequate cover in place.
